You will want to turn off the water supply so the leak does not cause further damage. Locate the shut-off valve that feeds water to the water heater and turn it clockwise.
Once the water is shut off, call or text us for an appointment. One of our expert water heater technicians can come out and determine whether the water heater is fixable or needs to be replaced.
